Changed your mind?

60-day returns

Unopened rolls can be returned within 60 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price, with no questions and no restocking fee. Contact us for a returns reference before sending anything back.

Damaged or faulty

Replaced or refunded

If a roll arrives damaged or faulty, tell us within 30 days and we will replace it or refund you, including postage, whichever you prefer.

None of this affects your statutory rights, including your 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
