Terms of sale

All prices include UK VAT at 20%. A contract is formed when we confirm dispatch, not when you place an order. Natural timber varies: the grain and tone of the roll you receive may differ slightly from photographs.

Payments

Payment is processed by Stripe. Your card details are entered on and handled by Stripe's systems and never reach our servers.

Privacy

We store the details needed to fulfil your order: your name, email, delivery address and what you bought. We do not sell or share this data with anyone except our payment and delivery providers, and we keep it only as long as tax law requires. Our checkout sets a single session cookie, used for your basket; there is no advertising or analytics tracking on this site.
